Welcome! I have been practicing law for over 25 years with an emphasis on Commercial, Business, Collections and Creditor Rights Litigation in both State and Federal Courts. Over 15 years ago, I opened my own law office in beautiful Santa Barbara with the goal of providing a more personal and effective service than that offered by my "Big Firm" brethern. As a result, over the years I have collected millions of dollars and earned an excellant reputation throughout the Collection Industry in the United States.
In the past 25 years, I have represented individuals as well as large Fortune 500 companies. Practically every industry has been represented at one time or another including but not limited to banks, insurance, transportation, collection agencies, credit unions, manufacturers, distributors, telephone companies, equipment leasors and the internet. In addition, I have handled matters as low as $100 and as high as $15 Million! I am very well versed in litigation procedures to assist the creditor in collecting money and/or property if a matter cannot be resolved and collected without litigation. The goal is to litigate only if a matter cannot be amicably resolved without Court intervention.
I am a member ot the Commercial Law League of America as well as the Santa Barbara County Bar Association. I am admitted to practice in all the Courts of the State of California and the United States District Court for both the Northern and Central Districts of California.
